Our Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Our Shipping Options are as follows:

US Domestic

  • Local Pickup – This option will display at checkout if you enter a Shipping Address within a 10 mile radius of our address.  There is no cost for this option and will require the customer to pickup their quilt from our local facility or from the place where they dropped-off their quilt.
  • Free Shipping – $0 (includes tracking #) and usually arrives within 7-14 business days.
  • Priority Shipping – $49.95 (includes tracking #) and usually arrives within 2 business days.


Canada

  • Standard Shipping – $79.95 (includes tracking #) and usually arrives within 14-21 business days depending on your location.


We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.

Please also be aware that our Estimated Delivery Date Range shown on your email invoice assumes we’ll receive your shirts within 5 business days.  If not, no worries, if there is a shipping delay from you to us and we need to revise the Estimated Delivery Date Range, we will contact you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Occasionally, our international customers have had to pay extra fees for customs, duties and taxes. These extra fees vary widely from country to country. Since we have no control over potential extra charges levied by destination countries, we highly recommend that you research the policies specific to your country. Also, when customs clearance procedures are necessary, delays can be caused that will increase the time it takes to arrive. 

8.25% Sales Tax will be collected at the time of sale for all Texas Residents.

Return Policy

All of our Products are custom and, therefore, are not refundable. 

All sales are final.

Please only send us the Sewn Top and Backing for your Quilt, unless you’re also providing Batting of your choice, then in which case, we’ll be expecting all 3 parts of your Quilt.  If we are Binding your Quilt while we have it, then we request you send us 1 yard of additional fabric, then we’ll return the unused portion back to you.

If your order has been placed and you will be delivering it to us, we are expecting to receive your Quilt within 14 business days.  If your Quilt is not received within this timeframe, your order will be cancelled and all monies received are not refundable.


Damaged Goods

Longarm Quilting Services of Frisco is not responsible for damaged, lost or undeliverable packages during shipping.  All associated claims should be facilitated through the Shipping Provider.  Longarm Quilting Services of Frisco will provide the tracking information to help facilitate your escalation.
